- Strong understanding of SharePoint server farms, database, and site collection configuration, design, deployment, and administration
- Experience with integrating SharePoint with other Microsoft Products like Office-365 and related platforms or services
- Hands on experience building standard and custom Web Part development and execute
- Workflow development - strong understanding of modelling workflows and developing portal solution based on the workflows
- Sound Knowledge of SharePoint Object Model and its usage.
- Experience with SharePoint Templates (Application Templates, Master Pages, Role-Based Templates)
- Hands on experience with the .NET framework using C#, ADO .NET, ASP .NET, XML, web services, AJAX, JavaScript, PowerShell
- Strong grasp of object oriented principles
- Understanding of .NET stack including WCF, WPF and WF Experience with n-tier application architecture development.
- 3-5 years of development experience with object oriented languages such as C# or C++
- Excellent written, verbal communication and customer interfacing skills

- Constantly build expertise around latest technologies, tools and applications e.g., Azure
- Collaborate with and mentor new team members
