Academic Background: - MBA – IT / B. Tech / MCA
Professional Certifications: - CISSP / CISA / CISM / ISO 27001 Lead Auditor / Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) / ECSA
Candidate Profile:-
• Will be responsible for performing IT Audits, Security Assessments & other Advisory work including VA/PT
• Candidate must be technically sound and understand concepts relating to network security, server security, application security and information security standards.
• Candidate must have knowledge of industry standards e.g. OWASP Top 10, SANS Top 25, PCI DSS, ISO 27001.
• Understand the client’s business and the business processes.
• Identify application systems and the underlying IT infrastructure supporting the business processes.
• Identify IT risks and evaluate controls within the business processes, supporting applications and the underlying IT infrastructure.
• Test IT General Controls (ITGC’s) and security configurations in OS, databases, and networking devices like routers, firewall, IDS/IPS, Prioxy Servers etc.
• Application Security Assessment for designated applications & Vulnerability Assessment / Penetration Testing for key applications, Operating Systems, Databases and Networking components.
• Experience on manual Penetration Testing of web / mobile applications.
• Be able to draft reports on his own by capturing observations, related risks and recommendations for improvements in the systems.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a teaming environment
• Must be willing to travel in India and abroad on short notice
• Travel 30%
MUST HAVE :-
• Hands on experience in carrying out IT Audit / IT Security reviews / Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing
• Ability to analyze, extract, interpret and document business requirements
• Excellent report drafting skills with ability to do peer-review
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Visio, Ms-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint)
• Effective time management and prioritization skills within a multi-tasking environment with ability to work on tight schedules
• Strong interpersonal and oral and written communication skills
• Interface with all levels of client management when necessary
GOOD TO HAVE: - Working experience on fraud / forensic engagements would be an added advantage.
